World Premiere: Kaustubha

Complementing Vishwa Vinayaka in the
second half of the evening is the world premiere of Kaustubha, an
exhilarating duet between the acclaimed maestro of violin Dr L Subramaniam and the Kathak
(traditional dance form of North India) legend Pandit Birju
Maharaj.
The collaboration has been choreographed as a special tribute for the 25th birthday of the Temple of Fine Arts and is a unique combination of North Indian dance with South Indian music. This ‘edge of your seat’ spectacular should not be missed.
